All Eterva gold jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship-related issues arising under normal use.
Warranty Eligibility

To claim warranty services, customers must provide the original purchase invoice/bill along with the applicable original certification and warranty documents provided with the jewellery.
The required original documents must be retained by the customer throughout the warranty period.

The 2-year warranty applies exclusively to Eterva gold jewellery and does not apply to 925 silver jewellery.
Warranty Assistance
Need assistance?
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by Eterva Jewels. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect covered under this warranty, Eterva Jewels will repair or resolve the issue at its discretion.
