At Eterva Jewels, every piece is carefully manufactured and inspected before it reaches you.

No Returns or Refunds
We strictly do not offer returns or refunds on jewellery purchases.
Exchange
Choose another piece.
We offer an exchange of the purchased jewellery for another product of the same value or a higher value.
For a higher-value product, the difference in price and any applicable additional charges will be payable by the customer.
Conditions
Conditions for Exchange
The jewellery must be in its original condition.
The product must not be damaged, altered or modified after purchase.
Original invoice/order details must be available.
The product must be inspected and approved by Eterva Jewels.
Customised or specially manufactured jewellery may be subject to specific exchange conditions communicated at the time of order.
Shipping
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for exchange are additional and payable by the customer. This applies to both national and international shipments.
For international exchanges, customs duties, taxes and other destination-country charges, where applicable, are also payable by the customer.
