We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, diamond details and metal specifications displayed on our website are accurate. As jewellery is individually manufactured, minor variations in weight, dimensions and appearance may occur.

Our ready-stock jewellery is primarily available in 14KT gold, with selected pieces available in 925 Sterling Silver.

Jewellery can also be made in 9KT, 14KT, 18KT, 22KT or 24KT based on customer requirements and design suitability.

Prices may vary depending on gold prices, diamond specifications, metal weight, design and manufacturing requirements.

The final price will be confirmed by our team before the order is placed.

Our website is a brand and product showcase website and does not support direct online purchases.

Selected designs can be customised based on size, metal, diamond specifications and other requirements.

Customised jewellery will be produced after the final specifications and price have been approved by the customer.

BIS hallmarking and diamond certification are available on request, subject to the product and customer's requirements.

For BIS hallmarking and certification, please allow approximately 5 working days.

Eterva Jewels does not offer refunds or returns.

We offer exchange of jewellery for the same value or a higher-value product. Any difference in value, along with applicable additional charges, will be payable by the customer.

Exchange eligibility is subject to the condition and inspection of the jewellery and the applicable product terms.

Shipping charges are additional and applicable to both national and international deliveries.

International shipments may also be subject to applicable customs duties, taxes and other charges in the destination country, which are payable by the customer.
